Policies

Our Guarantee:

The number one policy here is for you, the customer, to be happy. Seriously.

If you don't like the size or color of your shirts when you get them, or you've just changed your mind, return your order to us within 14 days of your receiving it, and we'll exchange them or give you a full refund (please don't stink them up or wash them).

Please let us know what was wrong, and we'll do our best to make it right.

 

Returns:

As we said above, you can return your stuff if you're not happy upon receiving it (you've got a couple of weeks to think about it). Just drop us an email to let us know what's on the way, and when we get the stuff back, we'll issue you a full refund. If we screw up your order, we'll cover your return shipping.

 

2Checkout:

Our relationship with 2Checkout works like this: When you purchase one of our shirts, you are buying it from 2Checkout.com Inc. - Ohio, U.S.A., and the shirts are provided by Tunastuff.com. It may seem a little confusing, but think of 2Checkout as a virtual department store and us as their supplier. For now, your credit card statement will show a charge by "2Checkout", but in the near future will read "Tunastuff thru 2Checkout".

Shipping:

We'll ship your stuff out no more than 7 days after you order, but usually much, much faster (sometimes we need to print up more shirts which is why it can take up to a week).

We send all our Canadian orders through Canada Post Xpresspost, and our American shipments travel by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery times will range from 2 to 10 days after shipment.

International orders will be shipped using Canada Post's Small Packet or Parcel service (depending on the number of shirts ordered); delivery times vary by country, but 2 weeks is a decent estimate. Please note that we add a US $4.00 handling charge to international orders to cover the increased shipping costs.

 

Privacy:

We hereby promise that the information you give us for your order will be used for only one thing: To get your stuff to you! We won't sell, trade, give away, etc.. your information to anyone. If you send us an email about a product suggestion, and we end up carrying it, we'll send you a little note, but that's as far as it will go.

 

Security:

All of our credit card orders go through 2CheckOut.com. All the pages that you enter information on are hosted by them, and are 128 bit SSL encrypted. This is same level of encryption that you use for online banking and other secret things, so you can be assured that everything is OK. You'll notice the little lock in the bottom corner of your browser when you visit the secure pages and the "https://" in the address; the "s" is for secure!
