For my first co-op experience, I had the privilege of working at DiNisco Design, an institutional architecture firm in Boston. As an intern, I was able to experience all of the phases of the design process firsthand, from construction documents to design development. Through the experience, I learned new programs such as ArchiCAD and Twinmotion while simultaneously improving my professional and organizational skills.
The following images were created by me for DiNisco Design and its clients, in conjunction with other DiNisco team members. The project I contributed most to was the Peabody Welch School - a much-needed renovation of an elementary school in Massachusetts. I worked on the tile patterns, materiality choices, signage, paneling, cabinetry, and furnishings. The renders, bringing life into the spaces they represent, were done by me. The layout of the hallways and rooms, exterior modifications, doors and windows, and other elements were completed by the team at DiNisco.
